Sadly, the 55th Annual Tri-State Dental-Medical Conference (January 17 - 22, 2021) is officially cancelled.
Why we made this decision:
In monitoring the heightened concerns around COVID-19, Conference Co-Chairs Richard Benninger and Michael Dick determined there were too many variables and uncertainties inhibiting the planning and execution of a safe and well-attended conference.
What this means for you:
Vacationing at Boyne - Even though the conference is cancelled, it doesn't mean you can't still enjoy all Boyne has to offer. Boyne assures us that anyone who has sent in the reservation form found on our website here can still proceed with their reservation. Rates will be the same as they were with our group pricing. (And we have it on good authority that some members of our group will still be attending.)
Boyne Reservations Cancellations - Those who have already sent in reservations information and want to cancel can contact Boyne's Carol Denison at cdenison@boyne.com or leave a message at 231-549-6012. Carol will personally handle the cancelling of those reservations. Please be advised that cancellations should be received no later than December 17th, 2020.
Tri-State Conference Registration Refunds - For all those who registered/paid for the Tri-State conference online, refunds will be processed this week and automatically credited to the payment used upon registration. Please allow a few business days for the funds to display in your account.
